ABSTRACT:	This will be a methods talk. It will start with a mini-review of optimal control theory in the context of biological control, and then compare available and new algorithms for controller design for complex nonlinear systems. I will send you some technical papers that you can distribute, but the most important one is still being written (last minute NIPS paper:)
